光谱分析仪性能特点

防返油真空技术,采用两级阀门控制。一级通过真空规管控制并与真空泵联动,为世界光谱仪领域最新技术,避免仪器抽真空带来的噪声、故障,防返油真空技术,避免油蒸汽对光学系统造成的污染,大大提高了仪器的使用寿命。
