清理透镜的时间取决于激发样品的次数及样品的材料。随着样品激发次数的增加，灰尘不可避免的会被溅在透镜上，从而导致强度下降。

将仪器侧面打开后，将阀向下转到底升起透镜架把手， 取出透镜架。 将透镜架放置到一个干净的桌面上， 取出透镜 （从内部细铜处） ，用 95%以上的乙醇、拭镜纸清洁透镜，待酒精挥发干后，按原来的位置装好。 注意保护好透镜，不要造成损坏，凸面向可取环方向。
