直读光谱仪可以有不同的划分方法。

根据光栅所处的环境不同，可分为真空型和非真空型直读光谱仪，其中非真空型直读光谱仪又可分为空气型直读光谱仪（无法测定真空紫外波段的C、P、S、As等元素含量）和充惰性气体型直读光谱仪（可以测定真空紫外元素）；
